Approach
I work from a integrative psychodynamic framework, which holds the perspective that we are able to gain an understanding of ourselves and the ways in which past experiences and relationships influence our present, through increased self awareness. I also incorporate CBT, DBT and Mindfulness principles and techniques into the therapeutic process, depending on the unique needs of the individual. I work closely with other healthcare providers as needed, to ensure a holistic approach.
